Prices and available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Your final order total may include applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges disclosed during checkout or required by law.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout, including PayPal where available. Orders are subject to payment authorization and verification.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors and to contact you before proceeding with an order affected by a material error. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and arrange any applicable refund.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, a material listing error occurs, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will arrange an applicable refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently intend to offer the following shipping options where available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Free, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 14 days.

  • Express Shipping: An additional charge of US$50 where the rate is displayed in USD, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 days.

The delivery estimate shown at checkout takes precedence where it differs from a general estimate in this policy. Actual delivery times may vary because of the destination, customs processing, courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may arrange shipping manually after an order is placed. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and respond to reasonable requests for information needed to fulfil an order.

International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for charges imposed by the destination country. We will provide any required disclosures about these charges where applicable.
